Following list viewer

See who a public Instagram profile follows

Instagram Following Viewer lists the accounts a public profile follows — its “following” list — in one scrollable view. Public profiles only, no login.

Enter a public username, e.g. spacex, to load the accounts it follows.

Public profiles onlyClient-side result panel

What you’ll see after you search

Enter a public username and the panel returns one of a few states: a scrollable result set (when the profile has public content for this view), an empty result (when there is nothing public to show right now), or a private-account notice (when the username belongs to a private profile). Reload any time to pull a fresh snapshot.

How to use it

Three steps, no account — enter a public username, build the view, and browse the result.

1

Enter a public username

Type a public profile's username (for example spacex) or paste its profile URL into the box. No login, no password.

2

Build the view

The panel checks the public profile and pulls the current snapshot of whatever this viewer shows — posts, stories, highlights, tagged, reposts or following.

3

Browse the result

Scroll the result set in one place. Open any item for a larger view, or reload to pull a fresh snapshot of what is public right now.

What is the following list?

A profile's “following” list is the set of accounts it has chosen to follow. On a public profile this list is public, so the viewer can load it into one scrollable view instead of scrolling the in-app list.

Each entry links to that account, so you can move from one public profile to the next.

Following vs followers

Following is who the profile follows; followers is who follows the profile. This viewer shows the following side. Both are only reachable for public profiles.

How this viewer gets its data

The following view requests the public “following” list of a public profile — the accounts it has chosen to follow — and lays them out as one scrollable list, each row linking to that account. It reads the public list only and never opens a private profile’s connections.

The list reflects a current snapshot. Large following lists may load in parts; reload to refresh what is public now.

What a typical result looks like

Following counts range from a handful to several thousand. The viewer loads the public list as a current snapshot; for very large accounts you may see the most recent portion first rather than the entire list at once.

The following list

Accounts a public profile follows, in one scrollable list.

Open each account

Each row links out to that account so you can view it next.

Public profiles only

A private profile’s following list is visible only to approved followers.

What it can’t do

  • Shows the following list, not the followers list.
  • Cannot load a private account’s following list — that is visible only to approved followers.
  • Loads a current snapshot; very large lists may appear in parts.

Common questions

What does the following viewer show?

The accounts a public profile follows — its “following” list — in one scrollable view.

Can I see a private profile’s following?

No. A private account’s following list is visible only to approved followers inside Instagram.

Is this followers or following?

Following — the accounts this profile follows. It does not list who follows the profile.

Do I need an account?

No. Enter a public username and the following list loads in the browser.

Why is the list incomplete?

The viewer loads a current snapshot of the public following list. Reload to refresh it.
