If a public-profile result should be reviewed, send the username, the viewer URL, the public item involved, and the reason for the request. We review public-content requests manually and may remove access to a result path, adjust explanatory copy, or block a lookup pattern when needed.
Support details that help
For loading issues, include the exact viewer page, public username, browser, country if relevant, and whether the profile is public when opened directly. Do not send passwords, cookies, private messages, or any login details; Instagram Viewer never needs them.
