Takedown and privacy review
If a public-profile result should be reviewed, send the username, the viewer URL, the public item involved, and the reason for the request. We review public-content requests manually and may remove access to a result path, adjust explanatory copy, or block a lookup pattern when needed.
Support details that help
For loading issues, include the exact viewer page, public username, browser, country if relevant, and whether the profile is public when opened directly. Do not send passwords, cookies, private messages, or any login details; Instagram Viewer never needs them.
What happens after you write
Every request is reviewed manually. Support reports are checked against the public profile you named; content requests are checked against what the profile still shows publicly, and the result may be removed or the page corrected. We cannot unlock private accounts, recover Instagram logins or remove content from Instagram itself — for those, use Instagram’s own Help Center and reporting tools.
Insviewers is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. It shows public profiles only and keeps no archive of Instagram posts or stories.
